Our client is a dynamic and growing, privately owned business based in Monmouthshire. They are a well-established provider of specialist adult care, in which the highest quality of delivery has and remains the most important element of their success and has resulted in their superb reputation within the industry.

As part of their on-going growth and the development of new ventures, the business now seeks a driven, proactive Care Manager to join the management team and spearhead their key strategies. Reporting to the Director, this is a new, pivotal role, offering an opportunity for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and rounded to take real ownership of the development of a business within an expanding market place in a very worthwhile sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and upholding the business’s policies and procedures, leading team meetings, assisting with internal recruitment/HR matters and representing the business externally. They will take the lead on compliance in relation to the CIW and LA/Health Board contracts and be thoroughly familiar with Domiciliary Care Regulations and Minimum Standards. They will also provide support and advice to other senior team members and be available for managerial cover as and when required.

The role would suit someone seeking their next step within care management, who is able to demonstrate real potential, of high calibre and have a track record of proven commercial ability or someone who has performed a similar position before.
