THE ROLE This role has been created to provide an important link between theirCustomer Experience team and Engineering teams, centred around importantbusiness tasks that affect key customers. That means that day to dayyou'll get to work with 2 different sides of the business, and act as abridge to ensure seamless communication between the two, and a fantasticservices for the end user. You will get dedicated time with each, and your mission will be twofold: 1. Engineering task work, helping them process, setup and deploytime-sensitive integration requests from customers 2. Assisting support team workers liaising with customers directly todeliver the best in class support through investigation and diagnoses,then working closely with engineers to ensure and deliver appropriate solutions When you have some time to spare, you'll have opportunity to deployyour skills to work on exciting internal projects or challenges in yourteam and across the business. The ideal candidate Essential: - Bright, enthusiastic and dedicated - Kind, personable and friendly - Great written and spoken English - Boundless curiosity and a genuine passion for learning - Some demonstrable PHP and JavaScript experience Useful: - Experience working in a customer facing role before WHY WORK HERE? Starting salary is 26,000 - 30,000 for this role, depending on skillsand experience.
