Our client is a successful and expanding services provider, with a number of Brands and channels within the Group. They have extensive Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams, targeting Professionals (B2B), as well as individual customers (B2C), who are reached via direct sales and also commercial partnership activities.
The business is adopting an increasingly consultative led sales approach, which is viewed as essential to successfully acquiring business, developing long term repeat custom, and ensuring effective cross and upselling of services.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on role responsible for identifying training needs and delivering training across the various sales teams, thereby supporting the growth of the business. The role will be a champion of the companies sales methodology, and will be involved in development of training plans and materials, as well the administration, reporting, and ongoing evaluation of training programmes.

Candidates will have experience of delivering training to decent size sales teams, ideally which are engaged across both office and field based activities, and will need to be credible and comfortable working with sales managers/sales leadership.
