Based – Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary £43,142 p.a. (plus car allowance - £5,527, p.a)
emh care and support provide a range of specialist housing, support, and registered care services to meet the needs of vulnerable people. The majority of our services are based in and around Chesterfield and Leicestershire. We employ over 600 people and are ambitious about growing the business across the whole of the East Midlands.
emh care and support is part of emh group, the largest housing provider in the East Midlands, which includes emh homes, Midlands Rural Housing and emh Sharpes gardening services.

Do you have?
·A passion for ensuring that outstanding care and support is delivered
·Significant experience of developing and implementing quality monitoring systems
·A good understanding of CQC standards, and safeguarding policy and procedures
·Experience of setting up, and providing reports on compliance with KPI’s
·Developing policy and procedures that drive a culture of quality and outcome based services
·A desire to grow our service through tendering for new business opportunities
