Job Title: Head of Network and Support Services Location: St Ives Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Overview of the Role: You will be responsible for the management of the Company's 24/7 Network Operations Centre; delivering exemplary customer service, working with your team to surpass SLA's and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to procure new business. You will also manage their esteemed Technical Support Services team who are able to provide 3rd line support. You'll understand the importance of complying with contractual obligations, have a technical understand of telecommunications equipment and life cycle and boast a motivational attitude. To sustain the Company high standards, you'll ensure targets are exceeded, employees are aware of the organisational objectives and have exquisite communication skills for customer interfacing. Your ability to organise and prioritise will drive improvements in key business areas. The Candidate: You'll boast experience in the daily running of a Network Operations Centre, effective management of people and hold a competent level of understanding in the Telecommunications industry. Efficient in seeking resolution and demonstrating a reactive work ethic is an essential requirement.
