Project Manager A Project Manager with significant change experience is required to support complex corporate project; you must have a proven track record of delivering complex time critical projects within large organisations. Experience of working with Back office services, IT, ERP & financial systems is desirable. 3 months to start ASAP paying £375 per day. Title: Project Manager Location: South West England. Start: ASAP. Duration: 3 months Rate: £375 per day ***INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35*** Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: Full responsibility for the definition, documentation & successful completion of the project ensuring that project, quality, change control & risk management processes are maintained; Responsible for the creation & maintenance of all project documentation including the PID, project plan, risk & issue log & highlight reports; Ensure due consideration is given to planning of how the change will be delivered into the business & stakeholders relations are pro-actively managed through effective engagement; Work with a multi-disciplinary team of HR, Finance, Organisational Development & communications specialists; Monitor & control resources, revenue & capital costs against the project budget & manage the expectations of all project stakeholders through effective engagement. The project manager will report to the Programme Manager on the status of project & will be expected to present on progress at regular project boards. Skills Strong communication, negotiating, coaching & influencing skills with an ability to challenge the status quo & build senior level commitment to change Analysing, collating & presenting complex business information from multiple service areas to inform change & development plans & strategies Excellent knowledge & experience in planning & leading collaborative workshops, interventions, reviews & assessments to facilitate change & innovation Expert knowledge & understanding of change management frameworks, processes & tools to drive & deliver transformational change programmes & new ways of working Extensive knowledge & experience of applying organisation diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, organisational design, development & business improvement Good knowledge & experience of culture change methodologies & interventions to deliver desired outcomes, behaviours & new ways of working Strong project management & planning skills, with good experience of leading small to medium-scale projects across a range of service areas Ideally have a Project Management qualification - Prince II practitioner or equivalent Services advertised by itecopeople are those of an Employment Business For more information and to apply please call Laura on 01566 776 888 or email edunn@itecopeople.co.uk
