JOB REFERENCE: TSLJW0253 LOCATION: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire JOB TITLE: Experienced Office Manager SALARY & BENEFITS: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, holidays, private health care after a qualifying period WORKING HOURS: 0830 – 1700 Mon – Thu, 0830 – 1600 Fri with a need to be flexible to do additional hours as and when the role requires THE COMPANY: Our client is based on the outskirts of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire and is a leading supplier of High Quality Commercial Vehicle testing Equipment with a wealth of Experience in the Commercial Brake Tester market. Due to continued success, we are now seeking an Experienced Office Manager to join the team in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. THE ROLE: As an Experienced Office Manager you will be taking charge of a busy modern office. Training on individual products within the company will be available. Key Responsibilities for the Experienced Office Manager role in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire : sort out day-to-day issues that arise in the office control budgets help oversee the office side of the sales, service and accountant divisions Key experience and skills essential for the Experienced Office Manager role: Previous experience of office management overseeing a team of employees Experience with Microsoft Office People management skills Knowledge of HR Key experience and skills desirable for the Experienced Office Manager role: Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage A technical bias would be an advantage Does this sound like you?
