Within the Processing Cluster we are now looking for a Process System Integration Engineer who will have the responsibility for process engineering and technical support of Tetra Pak capital projects, as well as specification of equipment and functional design within the given time and cost budgets. Tetra Pak Processing UK Limited is based in High Wycombe, supplies and installs processing equipment and provides after sales service to producers of products in our six main categories – Dairy, Cheese, Prepared Food, Ice Cream, Beverage and Cosmetics. We are hiring for the role of Project Engineer – Food and Beverage Equipment The purpose of the position is to Specify Food and bevearge equipment such as Separators, Homogenisers, Mixers, Ice Cream Freezers and Heat Exchangers as well as other Components in The Tetra Pak Portfolio. As well as understanding cutomers needs in order to propose the right solution, The Project Engineer will need to manage and deliver the equipment/project on time and within the budget. Your Responsibilities: • To undertsand customers needs and specify appropriate equipment to deliver on the need. • Ensure timely delivery of proposals and specifications • Enforce company’s safety policy and procedures • Actively participate in commissioning. • Supervise and validate project activities as well as participating in plant audits • Being in contact with the product companies • Support sales and marketing activities • Supporting service and Project departments Your Profile: To become a successful Project Engineer You have completed your B.Sc. level education in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Food Technology. You have gained at least 5 years of experinece in liquid food processes. You have a solid background of sizing food and beverage equipment. You have gained experience in process design and have actively participated in installation and commissioning of food processng equipment (preferably beverage or Liquid food industry). You have Ms Excel skills and have strong understanding of technical documentation. You are interested in working within an international organisation and you have good communication skills, communicating clearly and effectively on different levels. You are used to building and maintaining long term relations with internal and external stakeholders.
