Role Overview and Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Accounts Payable Clerk's to join our client in Northumberland.

This role is responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable function for remote sites across the UK.

*Processing of manual and verification invoices
*Processing of employee expenses
*Following-up on supplier queries
*Weekly supplier payments
*Maintaining supplier master data
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Month End Processes:
?GRIR review and reconciliation
?Blocked list review
?Account reconciliation
?Intercompany matching

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate must have GCSE's in Maths, Science and English language along with Microsoft Excel experience.

Good communication skills, have a high level of accuracy, be numerate and a keen interest in accounting.

The candidate we are looking for will be adaptable, a good team player with drive, determination and motivation required to succeed in this competitive environment.

Experience in one of the following ERP systems will be greatly beneficial - SAP, EPICOR, ACCESS, GLOVIA, EFACS, SAGE

Training will be provided for up to 2 weeks at one of the sites either in Woking, Sheffield, Fairford, Abercynon, Barnstaple or Rogerstone so candidate must be willing to travel during this time.
