Funds and Corporate Lawyer – 3-5 PQE – Something Different
This firm’s London office has been expanding steadily over recent years, forming part of the larger US platform, and with this expansion set to continue the firm is now seeking to grow the asset management team in London due to increasing workflow.
The group focuses on acting for investors in relation to their investments, both via structures such as co-investments and joint ventures, but also, as is becoming increasingly common, via direct investments. The role will therefore involve both funds and corporate matters. The team has an international client base, including family offices (taking advantage of the firm’s trusts and estates practice in the US) and banks based across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East.
As the team has continued to be busy, it is now seeking additional associate support. The ideal candidate would be someone between 3-5 years’ PQE, with solid experience gained within private practice at a reputable firm. You might be a funds lawyer looking to do more corporate work, or a corporate lawyer looking to do more funds work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced funds/corporate lawyer who is keen to gain higher levels of autonomy and responsibility and make their mark within a small team. The practice is set to grow further, along with the rest of the London office, so there is plenty of scope for development and progression, and in addition the firm also offers associates a competitive salary and a genuinely collegiate and collaborative culture.
