Main duties will include:
* High Volume Purchase Ledger
* Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
* Generate payment runs for authorisation
* Reconciling statements
* Dealing with queries in a professional and efficient manner
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
* Deal with purchase invoice approvals
* Allocate direct debit payments to invoices

About the ideal candidate
Team fit is very important. You will be keen to learn, hard working and flexible. You will be passionate about a career in accounts and possibly be a finance (or related) graduate or studying AAT.

Finance (or related) graduate or AAT studier
Some office or accounts experience
Serious about a career in accounts
Good Excel skills
Flexible and adaptable
Team Player

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is paying £16,000 and comes with a range of benefits.
