24-7 Staffing has a temporary internal vacancy to work in their Finance department as Temporary Finance and Payroll Assistant – with a payroll bias.

Job Purpose

To work along side and with an already established finance office within a busy recruitment agency.

Role information:

  • 6 – 8 weeks sickness cover.
  • Hourly Rate = £10.50.

Job Role will involve the following duties

  • Responsibility for end to end payroll 0f 200+ candidates including inputting and processing timesheets using Sage 50 Payroll.
  • Creating and maintaining candidate’s payroll records.
  • Managing Pension auto enrolment, submission of weekly FPS and pension reports.
  • Completion & Input of Weekly Payroll Journal
  • Weekly completion of Client Invoicing

To be successful within the position you will need:

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll desirable
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Word/Excel
