Job Title: IT Support - IT Apprenticeship
Location: Woodford, Essex
Wage: £200 per week
Start Date: ASAP
Apprenticeship courses available: IT Level 2

My Client is a National leading Recruitment agency within the Healthcare sector, based within South Woodford. They are currently seeking a IT Savvy individual to join their ever growing team. The role would be suited to someone who has previous knowledge and understanding of IT software's.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner
  • Log tickets in the IT ticketing system
  • Work on pre-logged tickets (1st line primarily) in the ticketing system in a timely manner
  • Escalating calls/tickets to 2nd line when needed
  • Maintenance of Printers in the organization (Ink Toners/Waste Cartridges/Paper Jams)
  • Deploying computers with OS and Software using Network Boot (Microsoft Deployment Tool)
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues (Office 365, Replacing Computers)
  • Troubleshooting mobile phones (iOS and Android)
  • Troubleshooting desk phones (Avaya/Cisco)
