Help us deliver outstanding service protecting the biggest Global Brands from risks of Social Media.

Crisp is on a lookout for Head of Quality Control to help us improve our service delivery for our customer base.

As the Head of Quality Control you will be reviewing service delivery and internal requirements and make sure they are consistent and in line with customer needs.

Committed to improving business performance, you will make sure the services we deliver are meeting standards and customer expectations.

You will identify service delivery improvements and will be responsible for measuring the success of the change. You will make sure to prioritise activities and make the best use of your team, working with service delivery team to implement the changes with minimal impact on business operations.

You will also be responsible for devising and establishing company's quality procedures setting standards. This will include management of the quality assurance team and driving continuous improvement in quality for the whole business.


• The successful candidate will have experience of working in technology-
led environment, with a real focus on service delivery and experience in
applying QC across whole product lifecycle from specking to post
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• At least 5 years experience in Customer Service Delivery Quality control
role managing a team working for a high tech company where the
product design involves software
• Analytical
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving
• Organisational and planning skills
