Technical Support Team Member

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Due to recent successes and continued growth, CCM EPoS has a new position for a technical support team member available. We are looking for an experienced candidate to become a valued member of our team.

Job Description:

Your role will be to support our customers both remotely and on-site. We are looking for a dedicated individual who understands the value of customer service.

Previous experience working with the ICRTouch product suite is essential.

Job Responsibility:

· Learning our range of solutions
· Support customers technically with issues as they arise
· Assist with preparation of new system installations
· Log support queries and keep track of their status
· Escalate support queries as required
· Report to lead technical
· Provide on-site support and training as required

Suitable Applicants Must:

· Have good communication & customer service skills
· Hold a valid full UK driving license
· Competent computer skills
· Understanding of network structure and setup
· Organised and structured in their approach to work
· Able to work on independent tasks or as part of a team


· Pension and company vehicle plus flexible holiday allowance.

Due to the nature of the business the employee may be required to work outside of normal working hours. There is also a requirement to provide evening / weekend support
