We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our IT Service Desk and start an exciting IT career within a first class service desk environment. Our Apprenticeship Programme combines a 12-18 month training programme of both classroom and on-the-job training learning the provision of a 1st line service desk support to both our stores and office staff. Once completed, you will be awarded a City & Guilds Diploma in ICT and the opportunity of a permanent position to continue your IT career with us.

If you're not considering further education and keen to start your career now we are interested in hearing from you. As part of our process, you will be invited to attend an open day at our offices in Whiteley, take a tour of our offices, meet some of the team and gain more insight into our apprenticeship programme. You can even bring your parents along too! You will then be invited to attend an interview at a later stage.

To be eligible for the Programme you should possess or be predicted to gain: 2 A-levels, grade A-D or 5 GCSE's, grade C or above including Maths and English, have an interest in IT and enjoy helping others.
