This organisation is well respected in the industry for the quality of training being delivered, and pride themselves with excellent client and learner feedback nationwide across all of their specialism.

My client are also offering an excellent working environment - utilising the latest technology and exciting learning classrooms, combined with ongoing support to fuel your passion/enthusiasm for additional technologies that you'd enjoy for your own career development & progression.

The Role:

We're seeking to appoint an experienced IT Professional who's qualified as an Assessor & IQA, to become a Digital Tech Sector Lead and help take the Software Development, Network Infrastructure, and Cyber Security Training Division to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your Assessing, Internal Verification, and Management experience to ensure the provisions growth and stability. Working closely with the Directors and Account Managers, your advice and guidance will prove essential regarding the development of Learning Materials, Delivery best practice, and Quality Assurance across the department.

This role will involve managing a small caseload of learners, developing excellent working relationships with IT clients, and recruiting new Assessors and Trainers across Software Development, Network Infrastructure and Cyber Security Apprenticeship delivery.

Once the provision has reached a certain stage of growth, this opportunity will evolve into an outright Quality Assurance and Performance position - we are only interested in speaking with professionals with ambition and confidence to grow this sector.

These are truly exciting times to be joining a well-respected name in the industry - please don't hesitate to get in touch if these roles sound exciting to you.

The Candidate:

Holding your Assessors and Internal Verification Awards are essential, as well as experience in these areas.

This exciting opportunity is well-suited for an experienced IQA in IT looking to progress into management, or an experienced Lead IQA/Quality Manager who's able to lead by example.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational qualities, strong communication skills, and great attention to detail with the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision. E-portfolio experience would also be a distinct advantage & a car driver is a must.
