Insights Manager | Cloudfm | Colchester

Partnering with communications, sales and the senior team to define an audience, engage with them and derive actionable insights from the resulting data. Using LinkedIn, Email, Twitter, Facebook and other platforms to identify decision makers and influencers, and build relationships with them using content produced by the communications team. Using CRM, marketing automation, excel and other tools to gather and analyse data on engagement, and feeding back to communications and the commercial team, driving content creation and the decision to engage. Making first contact with decision-makers and securing meetings for senior directors.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Managing data
Using marketing automation to analyse audience response
Identifying influencers and decision-makers, and tracking their activity
Research of market and target organisations
Defining and maintaining customer and target audience list
Identifying when leads are ready for development
Scoring other leads, and deciding on appropriate actions to engage with them

Building relationships
Using 1-to-1 comms on LinkedIn, email and by phone, to begin conversations with influencers and decision makers
Posting in groups and elsewhere to raise awareness amongst influencers and decision makers
Assisting sales and senior staff with reaching out to decision makers and influencers
Using email, post, LinkedIn, phone and other channels to gain attendees for our events

Partnering with the business
Working with sales and the board to identify leads for development, and optimise activity around active opportunities
Working with comms to help optimise the content they publish, on social media and elsewhere
Working with commercial team and comms to activate the content they produce
Working with commercial team to keep leads and contacts lists updated
Supporting sales and PQQ/tender process with tailored approaches to key influencers
Any other reasonable activity that may be necessary to support the communications, marketing and sales process

Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of making first contact with an audience, whether media or prospect, using phone, email and social media
Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM systems
Understanding of lead scoring and opportunity identification
Experience of working with the leadership of an organisation

Experience or understanding of the FM industry
Experience of sales, PR or a similar field
Experience of marketing automation
A proven track record in external B2B communications
