Robert Half are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant in a temporary to permanent position for a construction company based in Central Leeds

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Assist with the preparation of month end management accounts
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Assist with the completion of statuary returns
  • Management of the company credit card
  • Authorise and submit expense claims
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • General office administration and maintenance of files
  • Ideally the candidate will have experience within the construction industry as an Assistant Management Accountant

Skills and qualities;

  • Ideally AAT qualified and studying towards a Professional Accountancy Qualification
  • Ability to manage a high volume of data
  • Strong system skills, including excel
  • Excellent communicator and tenacious

Salary and benefits;

£24,000 starting salary, with the organisation offering the opportunity for Study support
