IT Support Team Lead
Financial Services client in central London is now looking to recruit an IT Support Team Lead on a permanent basis. The IT Support Team Lead will be tasked with managing a small team of Support Analysts as well as managing the day to day IT activities across the site and acting as the conduit between the business units and the IT department. To be considered for this role you will need the following: * Proven experience of leading a team. * Relevant qualification or proven experience in end‐users support. * Proven relevant experience in installing and supporting IT systems in Microsoft core technologies is required: Windows server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office. * Experience in mail filtering products, communication and collaboration tools, video conferencing, backup, protection tools, virtualization and networking equipment is required. * Good knowledge of network and video conference technologies for operation and support tasks. * Project Management experience beneficial. * Experience with VMware Products would be advantageous. * Knowledge on Microsoft products (AD 2012, SCCM) would be advantageous. * Educated to degree level or equivalent.
