What will I be doing?
The Technology Bid Manager will ensure each investment opportunity is aligned to the corporate strategy, our future technology capabilities and accurately costed for the implementation of solutions.

The Technology Bid Manager should be involved in the end to end process of technology opportunities and should have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs are and how best to articulate how the business can meet these needs through our Value Proposition.

The Technology Bid Manager should have extensive knowledge of the technology environment, be able to provide insight into market trends, and identify gaps in our technology offering.

The role will require close liaison with all Sectors to understand Technology strategy and technology pipeline and undertake analysis on delivering value add business solutions. It will also require close liaison with estimators, authors, graphics and technical teams.


Responsible for submitting a compliant bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget. Ensuring that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organisation has given itself the best possible chance of success.

About you
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

The Technology Bid Manager should have a proven ability in producing and delivering compliant tenders for technology customers within a complex business environment.

Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal
