Page Personnel are currently recruiting a permanent Credit Controller on behalf of a leading Professional Services business based in Leeds.
This well established Professional Services business have a Global client base and they are growing at a rapid speed. They are market leaders in their field and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Credit Controller to join their successful Finance team based in Leeds.
The successful Credit Controller will report directly into the Credit Control Team Leader and will work in a busy and fast paced Credit Control department.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; opening new customer accounts, credit checking new accounts, chasing overdue payments via telephone and email, resolving queries in a timely manner and escalating when required, assisting with reporting and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Credit Controller will have:
- A background in B2B Credit Control
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLookUps)
- Excellent customer service skills
