As a Digital Acquisition Manager you will play a role in the delivery of CoBrands online acquisition growth plans. You will make a contribution to the online acquisition target through promotional presence to drive clicks, in conjunction with improvements to conversion of those clicks into new accounts. Through the identification & delivery of key development initiatives to promote the CoBrand cards and improve customer application journeys.

You will be working as a Digital Acquisition Manager based in London for a financial services company for the quirkiest payment company.

Description

As a Digital Acquisition Manager you will have key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting the agenda and delivering initiatives to achieve customer acquisition targets.
  • Responsible for the continued growth in presence of the card on retailer pages and across the broader credit card market in other channels.
  • Responsible for initiating and delivering tactical campaigns and offers to drive results.
  • Responsible for the continued monitoring and improvement of CoBrand online acquisition customer experience, and subsequent conversion rates.
  • Responsible for development of testing strategies to support the expansion of digital channels.
  • Responsible for the development of the tools and processes that will ensure a robust understanding of online conversion performance.
  • Delivery will cover effective usage of Change & Marketing Budgets, so ability to prioritise, monitor and manage ROI of activity is key.
  • Delivery of initiatives ranging from scoping, approval, solution development, implementation and testing of solution, working closely with key stakeholders within the company and there partners.
  • Provide support for promotional and conversion activity (ranging from technical changes, wireframe construction, artwork development and acquisition planning).
  • Ensure initiatives are executed and delivered on time, within business expectation, ensuring there are no defects impacting the operational execution of what has been delivered.

Profile

A successful Digital Acquisition Manager within the financial services would need to have:

  • Robust understanding of Online Acquisition models, planning and conversion management, User Experience and website management.
  • Strong digital capabilities and deep understanding of how digital solutions can improve customer. experiences as well as application and conversion ratesGood understanding of A/B and MVT testing and successful application.
  • Strong oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
  • High intellectual capability, combined with commercial aptitude.
  • Strong delivery skillset, including abilities to get buy in for and deliver against their agenda.
  • Ability to work unsupervised when needed, with high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good consideration for managing risk in a high paced delivery environment.
  • Team player willing to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up.
  • Good organisation and planning skills and excellent interpersonal skills - particularly in dealing with senior stakeholders around the business.
  • Strong oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
  • High intellectual capability, combined with commercial aptitude.
  • Strong delivery skillset, including abilities to get buy in for and deliver against their agenda.

Job Offer

You will receive a fantastic offer between £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
