We are working with a fantastic Insurance company based in Cirencester, to recruit a claims handler to assess and validate health claims. As a key part of the team you will be working with caseloads and dealing with all matters relating to those cases.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess;
  • Knowledge of the health insurance claims process
  • ability to manage own time and workload
  • Methodical and organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, polite and clear telephone manner
  • Numerate
  • Proactive
  • Resilient
  • Supportive team player
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act
  • An insurance qualification would be desirable
