Marketing Automation Specialist
This Automation job is an opportunity for an individual to learn a vast amount about new data entering on an international scale. You will be responsible for customer segments that are highly-targeted and phenomenal automated campaigns across: email, push and social channels. You will work closely with several teams across the business and alongside the CRM Automation Manager to maximise campaign performance to reach all business KPIs.
Our client need a CRM Automation Specialist who has a hands on, optimistic attitude with a real passion for data! The opportunity is huge for you to build customer segmentation and campaigns that use a mix of behavioural and personal data. You will create and roll out a true Test & Learn programme across all CRM activity that allows a culture of experimentation in the team, which opens up A/B testing activities with team members. You can share best practice across the whole business. Through the test and learn initiatives, you can optimise campaign test and learn initiatives that will increase performance.
