Do you have experience working within an engineering department? Are you hands on within workshops? Are you able to manage order processing? Can you assist with all engineering tasks? Are you fully IT literate? If so, please read on as this may be the perfect role for you….

I am looking for a highly dynamic, switched on and committed individual to join a fantastic business in the local market.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing all order processing, ensuring that all customer information is recorded onto systems accurately and all queries related are managed and resolved in a timely manner. You will also be required to work in a hands on manner within the engineering workshop so previous experience or working within a similar environment is required. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, and taking all orders and ensuring they are recorded and tracked on the in-house database. You will be required to liaise with the engineering department to ensure all orders are met and completed.

We are looking for you to possess the following skills and experience:

• Fully computer literate- including working on Excel and Word.
• Experience working within an engineering department in a hands in manner
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Experience of working on an in house system
• Experience of managing customer queries and order processing.
