Behaviour Mentors are required to provide guidance to class teachers and school-wide on a 1:1 basis with key individuals who are experience behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. Alongside members of the SENCO or behavioural team, you will implement ILP’s for your key pupil and will work in stimulated environments to maximise learning potential.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will have a minimum of a 2:2 degree and an excellent track-record of supporting pupils on an ILP in any capacity is essential. Any enhanced training or knowledge of specific behavioural/language therapies will be extremely advantageous.

Based in Lewisham, the school are seeking an experienced and nurturing graduate to join and expand their support staff team. They are passionate about improving the quality of academic and social development of their pupils and want to meet a Behaviour Mentor who can inspire their pupils accordingly.
