Repairs Admin Officer (1 year fixed term contract)
We are recruiting for a competent and customer-focused administrator to join our maintenance Central Services Team based in Preston.
What your role will be
Working as part of our Central Services Team within our Property Maintenance Division (PMD), you will ensure that our systems are updated correctly in a timely manner and manage the repairs and invoicing processes in place whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
In this role you will work effectively with all key business areas including PMD, the customer service centre, contractors, managers, operatives and internal/external clients and customers.
The working hours of this post are typically 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday which will be agreed upon at the interview stage.

In order to be considered for this role candidates must have:
- Previous experience in a volume administration position coupled with a commitment to delivering a first class customer experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively organise your own workload whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent telephone and I.T. skills with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to demonstrate a ‘solution-focused’ working style in practice at all times.
Candidates who have previous experience of working within a property maintenance administration team would be highly advantageous.
