Responsibilities

* Identify new business sales opportunities, using telephone, email and other prospecting techniques
* Working with the wider sales team members to assist with opportunities identified with existing clients
* Attend meetings with prospective clients, gather and record key information, identify suitable products/services and prepare quotations/presentations
* Adhere to the company sales processes and documentation when progressing sales opportunities
* Keep up to date and accurate records within the company’s systems such as CRM
* Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Assist other departments in the delivery of products and services
* Provide account management for new business clients secured.

Required Skills and Experience -

* Has been successful in a similar role previously
* Has a broad knowledge of IT-related products and services
* Use of ethical sales techniques and integrity; working to build trust, and lasting relationships with our clients
* Self-motivated and dynamic
* Ability to listen to client problems, translate them into technology led solutions in conjunction with IT team
* Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Research emerging technologies, liaise with vendors and attend training as necessary
