My client, based in the heart of Yorkshire within commutable distance to some of the most beautiful rural areas of the country, are a multinational and recognised leader in the design and manufacture of advanced automotive systems and components and a valued 1st tier supplier to global automotive car manufacturers throughout the UK, Europe, USA and the Far East
As the worlds leading designer and manufacturer of these products this well established company now have a requirement for a Design Engineer (Embedded software) to be a key member of their Electronics R&D Department
The successful applicant will be responsible for the ongoing effort to design and improve electronic software content of quality mechatronic products within this world class manufacturing facility.
The successful applicant will be responsible forThe design of embedded software that satisfies specified requirementsElectronic design work using microcontrollers to control actuators according to switch and sensor inputsSoftware writing using C language in real time embedded applicationsCustomer liaison giving effective support to their requirementsThe provision of technical support for manufacturing on design matters for new and existing products
Applications are invited from experienced Embedded Software Design Engineers who have knowledge/experience on design using microcontrollers and also software writing using C language.
