Help Desk Administrator – Facilities Management

We have a new and challenging role for an experienced Help Desk Administrator for an established FM service provider integrated into the in-house team based with a major client in Richmond Upon Thames.

You will be at the forefront of the client contact and drive up the standards of the customer service experience and liaise with members of the Engineering team identifying areas of urgency and directing the response team and providing time scales and deliverable targets for reactive, planned and additional works.

• Responsible the update of CAFM Systems
• Continuing development of system - similar to Maximo
• Maintaining the database integration between Purchase orders, Job Numbers and the CAFM System to manage Purchase orders
• Maintaining and updating CAFM dashboards and Reports
• Mobilising engineers and trades directing their activities on contracts in both hard and soft FM
• Responsible for the upkeep of the CAFM systems
• Training of staff members in use of Applications for remote reporting
• Training clients on use of system
• Ordering spares and materials

The Role
You will be joining a very well established team on a very specific key client account. The helpdesk team are completely immersed into the culture of the client environment and you will be considered as an integral member of the client company

The company you will be working for delivers a total FM package to its clients which includes M&E, Cleaning, Security , Grounds and Infrastructure.

There will be a lot of emphasis on the development of the systems and if you can bring across ideas and experience that will help this system become more efficient you will also get involved in the training of engineers and fellow users of the CAFM that you have helped to create.
