Do you want to be part of a new regional set-up, responsible for optimising project execution and managing contracted work to reduce costs, improve quality and increase the safety?

Join us and become Project & Contract Support in our Regional Support (UK West) department where you’ll be responsible for standardising and facilitating project execution and for the day-to-day management of all key contracts across our eight West Coast sites. You will be the primary point of contact with our sites and our clients support functions in these vital areas helping us operate more safely and reach our yield and cost targets.

Your key tasks will be to:

Initiate and lead meetings with project teams and communicate customer’s time, quality and cost requirements to drive productivity and performance.

Ensure projects are adequately resourced on site including vessel capacity, facility space, marine coordination, operational control and communications / IT equipment, etc.

Prepare and execute project plans for small projects on site where no project team has been appointed. Duties include scoping project, creating a time plan, securing resources and managing budget.

Ensure contracts are in place to deliver demand across West Coast sites. Contracts include logistics, facility management, offshore inspections, training, parts etc.

Manage all key contracts including calling off contracted scope, ensuring contractors comply with customer requirements, receive site based induction and are escorted on site as required.

Drive safety by ensuring that projects & contractors are compliant with site Health, Safety & Environment requirements, are aligned with our safety culture and aware of procedures. Responsible for go / no go decision for all projects & contractors mobilising on site.

Your competences include that you:

Are highly focused on safety with an excellent working knowledge of HSE / CDM regulations.

Have experience in project management / project delivery.

Are adaptable to change, can work under pressure and have a “can do” attitude.

Are able to communicate clearly with all audiences and build / maintain strong relationships.

Are assertive and able to make sound decisions based on available information.

Speak and write English fluently and are proficient in MS Office Products.
