A professional and successful Chartered Accountancy firm are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with payroll experience to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

Bookkeeping – use Excel spreadsheets of Sage software to maintain clients monthly and quarterly books

Payroll – Prepare monthly, quarterly and four weekly payrolls for clients using Moneysoft

Administration – Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager when necessary, including; franking of post, filing and checking post

Experience required:

* Previous payroll and bookkeeping experience is essential

* Knowledge of NEST, Moneysoft or Sage is preferable

* Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice is preferred but not essential

Hours of work:

* Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

* Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
