Our client is looking for a driven and motivated sales professional to join their bespoke software division selling talent solutions/IT Recruitment solutions.

Established in 1985 they have proven themselves as an agile, customer-centric technology company, who have built an enviable reputation in delivering effective, secure and powerful IT and bespoke software solutions.

Following great success in their Bangalore offices they are now looking to grow their bespoke software business with a UK based professional services division.

The Role
You will be tasked with building relationships with existing and new accounts selling IT talent solutions. You will be responsible for establishing the value of the professional services offering with potential new and existing clients.

This role will focus on new business sales, once accounts are bought on they handed over to the delivery consultant.

Placed in the driving seat of the future for this company, you will assume responsibility for growth and be expected to critically assess your own performance.

The Person
The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated and ambitious. As a proven sales professional, you will thrive on growing existing accounts as well as developing new business. Key skills and background include:

• A background in sales, ideally around recruitment solutions.
• A consultative sales approach.
• The ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Demonstrate a strong and successful track record in new business.
• Successfully working to and achieving financial targets.
• A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed.
• An entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• New business focused.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
