The ideal person

You will be a driven, focussed individual who has previous project management experience with PFI contracts such Hospitals, Healthcare or Schools

You must have good working knowledge of procurement, quotations and forecasting as this will form part of your day to day tasks

Experience in a client facing role and good customer services is also a necessity as you be liaising with Stake holders, SPV’s and the estate team on a regular basis

It would also be highly desirable if you have knowledge of CAFM software and a health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

This role requires someone who has come from a technical background whether it is mechanical, electrical or fabric.


You will be responsible for a number of sites in West Yorkshire and will ideally be based in: Pontefract, Huddersfield, Leeds orSheffield

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible delivering projects ranging between £1-£2M and will be managing lifecycles that span between 30-40 years

This role allows you to have full control of the contracts making it feel like you’re running your own small contract

Forecasting, Health & safety and quality control will also form part of your responsibilities as will supervision of the site manager

* A salary between £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)
