We have a great opportunity for a 1st Line Technical Support Advisor with our client in Cheadle Hulme

- Temporary ongoing role
- 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
- £8.50 per hour
- Free parking and near to transport links

The key duties for the 1st Line Technical Support Advsor will include:

- 1st line support / call logging
- Managing all calls/communications using the internal logging system
- 1st line internal support
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Highlighting services to customers where appropriate
- Escalating sales enquiries

The right candidate for the 1st Line Technical Support Advisor will be:

- Preferably qualified to degree level or equivalent in IT;
- Strongly analytical with problem resolution skills;
- Trustworthy;
- Task orientated
- A team player
- A quick learner

The ability to speak French, German or Italian would be beneficial.
