Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Process Engineer who can concentrate initially on three key projects that will allow the business to develop further. Working from the Head Office function, you will work collaboratively with senior management to allow the organisation to make improvements and efficiencies in their manufacturing processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:
Creating new stages in the production line to improve the effectiveness of the processes
Analysing all production processes, equipment, labour and layout
Preparing reports to ascertain best practice moving forward
Conduct trials to develop improved methods
Training staff as and when required to ensure new methods are introduced across all areas of the manufacturing facility

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of process design, assembly, tooling and materials and have experience of offering solutions in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial coupled with a degree or associated qualification in engineering.
