Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced retail administrator for a creative and international company based within the Plymouth area.

Main responsibilities include:
-Processing orders through to invoice using Sage
-Marketing and website admin support
-Communicating with customers via email and telephone
-Interaction with external stores in multiple locations
-Using the IT systems to carry out general admin duties with the goal to drive sales

The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience within retail administration
-Ability to work independently as well as within a team
-A creative and innovative mindset to problem solve and improve existing processes
-Impressive multitasking abilities
-A career driven mindset
-High IT literacy, including extensive knowledge of Excel
