Apple Mac Support Engineer - EC1R

An opportunity to progress your career within a growing MSP as an Apple Mac Engineer moving to Helpdesk Team Lead, Project Manager, Technical Account Engineer, dependant on your career goals.

A leading and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) have an opening for an experienced Apple Mac Support Engineer.

You will have proven experience of troubleshooting Apple Mac issues, knowledge of OS X, iOS devices, basic Networking skills, email hosting, Wi-Fi issues, Windows, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud.

As an Apple Mac Support Engineer you will be providing 1st & 2nd Line Support to the MSPs clients remotely, providing outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face as these are essential for this role.
