Prospero Integrated are representing a successful Audio Visual Installation and Rental company providing a large array of audio visual equipment & services in to various market sectors.
They are looking for a Senior Video Project Manager who will be reporting to the Technical and Operations Director.
Based both in Middlesex & onsite.
Main Purpose
To ensure the smooth management and delivery of projects in the Live Events department of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To liaise closely with the Sales Team and Clients to ensure the excellent delivery of projects meeting the Clients needs
• To take responsibility for the management of the booking within the Operating Software, generating quotes and required documentation
• To advise, specify and manage equipment lists and shortages
• To liaise closely with the Operations Team to organise kit, crew and trucking logistics
• To provide an operational point of contact for Clients
• To conduct site visits
• To manage project budgets and liaise with the Accounts Team to initiate invoicing
• To manage the smooth delivery of bookings on site
• To ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
Skills
• Experience of Project Management
• Detailed and broad technical understanding in Video, Audio and
Lighting technologies
• Understanding of the needs and growth of the company
Competencies
• Aptitude to take responsibility
• Capability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills
• A ‘can do’ attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills essential
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Resourceful and able to work under pressure
Core Hours 37.5 hrs per week
Flexibility and availability out or hours is required subject to the requirements of the role
Holiday 20 Days plus bank holidays
