We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to be based at our impressive offices in Bury (Lancashire).

From design to implementation, we currently operate car schemes for more than 40 of the UK’s largest motor groups, as well as several major blue chip companies, through our relationships with 25 different manufacturers.

Key Accountabilities:
• Monitor, review and report on the performance of the Marketing Team and its role in driving additional registration activity for CBS
• Monitor KPIs, conversion and retention rates for CBS, by brand and scheme. Distribute a monthly report across key stakeholders as well as the Management Board
• Work with the Scheme Managers to collate their monthly Brand Plans reporting on implementation and effectiveness
• Use Google Analytics to monitor activity across all CBS brand and scheme websites. Report on traffic, conversion rates, campaign referrals and data trends
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns, working with the Brand Manager to increase traceability and campaign effectiveness
• Provide analysis on market share and market penetration for each individual brand
• Work in partnership with the Lead Graphic Designer to report on campaign effectiveness in relation to creative production. Provide insight on what works well and where CBS achieve the best return on investment
• Take ownership of the pricing sign-off process for scheme choice lists and campaigns, a critical control within the Marketing sign-off process where 100% accuracy and accountability is essential every time.
• Verify, check and distribute vehicle choice lists to a defined and managed database supporting the distribution of Marketing campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and segment the CBS database and act as the champion of the CBS mass mailing service ensuring 100% accuracy every time
• Work with the Operations Department to enhance reporting and market intelligence using STORM (CBS customer database)
• Work alongside the Brand Manager to develop and understand the CBS Customer Journey Map - utilising the project to add value to the development of a new CRM system
• Form a part of the CRM Project Team acting as the departmental champion for Marketing
• Work with the Operations Team and the Head of Marketing to champion change priority and systems development for the Marketing Team
• Contribute to ad hoc data projects for CBS in our bid to communicate to 100% of the target audience
• Provide additional administrative support to the Marketing Team on an ad hoc basis.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

• Proven experience providing analysis and reporting for a Marketing department
• Knowledge of mass mail service providers and experience using them
• Experience using Google Analytics to provide insight into performance
• Fluent in marketing database systems and keen to develop new ways of working
• Incredible attention to detail
• Thoroughness, patience and pride to deliver every task with high standards
• Strong MS Excel knowledge and application
• Organised with the ability to prioritise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prepared to take ownership and see all tasks through to completion
• Great team player with a strong desire to share knowledge and assist others
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in line with CBS Core Values of pride, integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and enjoyment

• Educated to GCSE Level with grades A-C in English and Mathematics is essential
• Educated to A level standard or with an equivalent business qualification is desirable
