Up to £25K + bonus + benefits + travel allowance

12 months maternity cover (Full-time)

Our client, an internationally leading IT hardware company, is seeking to appoint a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will be able to manage all the administrative duties and coordinate key accounts while maintaining a good relationship with the customers.

Key Tasks

1 You will resolve payment discrepancies with different customers.
2 Issue credit when appropriate under specific policies.
3 Liaise with the sales team on a daily basis regarding customer account orders.
4 Responsible for all collection correspondence via telephone and email.
5 Update the internal system with the customer accounts and credit terms
6 You will take decisions regarding product shipments for customers who are on credit hold.
7 Reconcile any account discrepancies.
8 Plus any other work related duties.

Key skills & requirements

1 At least 1 year of experience within credit control.
2 Fluency in English (business level).
3 Excellent communications skills
4 Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails.
5 Good numeracy skills.
6 Excellent organizational skills.
