Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of a national engineering consultancy.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Group Administration Manager and be responsible for providing admin support to the Group.
Training will be provided on processes and systems required to process output reports that have been produced by the Engineers

Role Description

•General admin duties – scanning/printing etc.
•Answering calls.
•Postal Duties.
•Liaise with engineers and clients over phone and email.
•Overview engineer reports on a daily basis and check for grammar, punctuation, spelling etc.
•Engineer Weekly Schedules which includes producing letters in word and collating information packs (downloading documents from various sources).
•Preparing bespoke software output documents for report uploading.
•Assist the Office Manager and the National Drawing Services Manager.

Skills & Attributes

•Ideally previous experience in an admin/office-based role.
•Confident user of Microsoft Office programmes.
•Good telephone manner.
•Good communication skills.
•Strong work ethic and a friendly positive attitude.
•Good time management skills.
