•All aspects of the BHS Works including Health & Safety, Quality, Planning and Progress
•Last Planner, 4 week look ahead , detailed daily planning of site activities. Site Preparation for the start of installation.
•You will also be responsible for the management of our approved sub-contractors ensuring deliveries etc are requested in a timely manner, site cleanliness is adhered to and installation is on programme.
•Effective control of all site activities, including enabling, deliveries, installation, lifting, hot works, Mitigations plans.

•The monitoring of Subcontractor Site Managers and Supervisors ensuring the highest standards of HSE and quality are maintained and the works are progressing as planned.
•Planning, progress and reporting.
•Provide accurate progress date to the construction manager and schedulers.
•Provide solutions to site problems (ability to think outside the box).
•The quality of installation and performance of supplier's installation teams.
•Co-ordinate with the BUK and employer logistics teams to ensure the correct and timely sequence of equipment to be delivered onto site.
•Conducting site safety inspections.
•Phasing, sequencing, planning and enabling of the works.
•Supporting the Senior Construction Manager, Planning Lead, Commercial Manager and Design Manager in all aspects of the Project as required.

•Ideally have a Mechanical engineering background HNC/HND/NVQ 4/5/6/7
•Experience of airport BHS is a must.
•Previous experience Coordinating/ managing/supervising the installation of a complex BHS at a Senior Site Manager level.
•Ability to understand project schedules are essential as well as the ability to provide accurate progress data into the construction manager.
•Very experienced UK construction professional with a wealth of knowledge managing all aspects of construction/installation.
•Organised and must possess effective communication skills
•NVQ Level 3 min
•Asbestos Awareness preferred
•First Aid Preferred
•Proficient in MS Office and Sharepoint
