The key duties of this role include supporting the contract teams in the capture and allocation of cost to the contracts and the review process to reflect accurate contract costs to date.

The main responsibilities –

To liaise with the finance team to make sure the process and procedures run smoothly, timely matching the invoices to purchase order/ GRN to accurately record the contract costs.

Managing suppler queries when required, including when invoices do not reflect the orders.

Liaising between project team and internal and external supply chain, this will involve assisting in audits and also reviewing the contract cost and resolve queries through to finial account.

This person would need to have experience in Redsky Summit or similar Finance/ Business systems, have a good understanding with purchase ledger and cost clerk related activities.

Strong administrative and orgranisational skills, computer literate and the ability to work as part of a team on individually.

The role also has a strong need for people to be able to complete tasks to meet deadlines and being able to be accurate at cost reporting.
