General Manager (PFI – Hard Services))

Black Country

Up to £70k plus car

General Manager is required to join a leading facilities provider delivering hard services on a PFI healthcare contract in the Black Country.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has experience working on PFI contracts and has great engineering knowledge.

You will be a strong leader and able to develop the relationships between your teams, the client and contractors in order to grow the contract through additional works and projects. With a team of technical managers around you, you will be responsible for creating the strategy, delivering the vision and ensuring all your team are on the same page in order to deliver a fantastic service to the Trust.


• Continuous improvement

• Health, safety and training

• Projects and Minor works

• Capital works and life cycle plans

• Generating additional revenue through new works

Previous experience:

• PFI experience delivering hard services in either hospitals or schools.

• Great technical knowledge

• Strong commercial skills

• Brilliant relationship builder

• Stable and consistent leader

• Technical engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical building services
