Service Improvement Analyst - Global Media Company - London - 30k A new role is available within a team of 14; which is made up of supportand operations. You would be working closely with one other team memberin a really varied role across Service Improvement, reporting, change,incident and more. The best thing about this role is the face time with the COO and CIO;who are hugely brought into service improvement and see this role asbeing incredibly important to the business success. You would get toanalyse trends and data, working closely with the support, desktop andoperations team, as well as chairing CAB meetings and challengingprocess and service reviews within the business. You would have freedom and creativity within the role to be able tobring in changes and the role has a fantastic opportunity to grow indiffernent areas such as BA, PM or team management. The company alsooffer training for the right person; such as KMPG Change managementtraining. The team are very social, and the service desk team are young dynamicand want to progress quickly. So someone with a similar mentality wouldfit in well.
