2nd Line Support - City of London - IT app, Office 365, Skype,Troubleshooting, Microsoft, AppleA well-established financial MSP is looking for a 2nd Line Support (ITapp, Office 365, Skype, Troubleshooting, Microsoft, Apple) guru withspecific Apple and Microsoft support experience. This role sits incentral London, with easy commuting access. You will be expected toprovide face to face customer service, excellent communication skillsand attack day to day with a problem solving mind set.As a 2nd line support engineer you will support deployment of MicrosoftSurface Pro devices, and work with implementation of tools such asOffice 365, InTune, Skype for business and various other new additionsto workplace tool integration.
