Financial Reporting Manager 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
•Internal and external consolidated reporting for the Talent Assessment group of companies.
•Preparation of Group Reporting packs for management and stakeholders
•Annual & Monthly reporting of consolidated results - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
•Generation of monthly consolidation entry journals
•Responsible for Group Revenue recognition process
•Responsible for Statutory Accounts preparation
•Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls
•Key contact for both Internal and External Auditors
•Liaising with Tax Dept.
•Oversee Intercompany process
•Variance and trend analysis
•Meticulous attention to detail.
•High level of analytic ability.
•Self-motivated and passionate about quality of work produced.
•Confidence to challenge others where appropriate.
•Customer service approach to internal and external stakeholders.
•Good communication skills.
•Strong time management skills to balance regular monthly tasks with frequent ad-hoc requirements.
•Qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
•Group consolidation processes and systems
•Very strong up-to-date technical knowledge and experience
•US GAAP knowledge (ideally)
•Sarbanes-Oxley controls knowledge advantageous
•Intermediate Excel (macros not required, but Pivot tables and vlookups essential)
