Just as the tasks of the role are different, both CEOs of Domex are different and yet very approachable and single-minded individuals. If successful, you will be treated as part of a “big family” and developed so that you grow and excel professionally and as a person. This is a new role on a full time basis ( we will consider applicants able to do flexible hours too)

Let’s see what your responsibilities look like:
• Co-ordinating and minute-taking formal and informal meetings with CEOs and/or team leaders and following up on action points to ensure speedy and successful execution and progress
• Screening/responding to emails and flagging important messages to maintain the speedy response track record of both CEOs
• Diary management including arranging travel (UK and abroad) for both CEOs and other leaders and staff
• Organising and running both major company-wide events: Domexicans’ Annual Conference (June/July) and Christmas Party (Dec) which are key engagers for the business
• Managing the day-to-day running of the office i.e. office supplies, maintenance, staff well-being, cleaning etc. and ad-hoc organisational duties.
• Support 4 team leaders with ad-hoc organisational requests

We think you should:
• Be able to hit the ground running and develop/implement new procedure with a proactive approach to your work load
• Be dependable – honest and reliable with proven record on previous role(s)
• Be Efficient – very well-organised and a competent user of technology i.e. MS Office, Apps and collaborative platforms e.g. Workplace, Whatsapp
• Have great communication skills and able to work in diversified and multi-cultural environment
• Be energetic and resourceful and able to work under pressure
• Have at least two years’ experience at similar role/level
• Have clean driving license so that you have independence in meeting your task, some of which may require short in-town trips
